I have been extremely frustrated with my first and only experience at Cross Roads Dental due to my experiences in scheduling, the clinical care, and now billing. I plan on posting this publicly to alert other potential patients. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this practice.

On February 16 I came in the office for my routine care at a 12 pm appointment. I was taken to my room for my routine. As I was about to begin a staff member came in and told me that I was needed upfront. I was spoken to by a front desk attendance who told me that I have a balance of 260 dollars that needed to be paid up front before I could receive services. I enquired why I had the balance and was told that I missed an appointment in Nov. The fees are extremely high

Love Dr Lambert and I am retired and have lots of free time so it really didn't bother me and a pretty patience person. But it is a bad look to have to wait over 30mins for your appointment. In a previous appt before this one, I heard another patient complaining about wait times. I had a long wait time for that appointment as well. My husband has complained about his wait times when he had an appointment. I want ya'll to succeed and I know it is difficult to balance expected patients vs no show

1. I scheduled for a 1hour appt which resulted in an almost 2 hours appt. I may have been longer if I did threatened to leave.2. I mentioned to front desk staff that left a voicemail in reference to attempting to arrive at the right location. She not respond to me. Later I received a text from ZocDoc about my voicemail with instructions. Front desk staff could have explained this to me vs ignoring my statement.

I was told it would be 2 months before I could get my procedure done.I wrote a long email to the manager on your website on Saturday and have not heard anything back from anyone.
