Seems extremely busy. Multiple people talked about being double booked and seemed short/distracted, so it didn't feel possible to ask follow up questions about my concerns with inconveniencing or stressing anyone out. I was there for 1.5 hours just to get some X-rays. It wasn't clear to me that I wasn't even going to get a cleaning during the first visit. Also, the fluoride treatment cost I was quoted is considerably higher than at my last dentist.But at the end of the day, I guess I'm glad y'all take my insurance, so that would be worth the recommendation if it came down to it.

I have tried unsuccessfully to talk with someone about my maybe making a double consultation payment for a tooth extraction.

First of all, this review would be too long if I talked about that office equipment and x-Ray protectors! The person who saw me had the last name Lambert, and she had the worst “bedside manner”! She acted as if I was there for major surgery to be done by her! I was only there for a toothache and a cleaning, neither of which I got service for, yet I’m sure my insurance will be billed for! She did look at the tooth, BUT she didn’t forewarn me that she was going to bang on my tooth with the end of a metal tooth tool so she did it twice, nor did she cover her nose and mouth with a mask‼️ Is that not still practiced, especially given the climate we now live in with viruses and such?! She gave me a referral for an oral surgeon and a form for my doctor to sign stating I was cleared health wise for blood pressure before she would see me again. WELL, SHE COULD HAVE KEPT BOTH OF THEM, BECAUSE EVEN BEFORE AND CERTAINLY FROM THE TIME SHE ENTERED THE AREA WHERE I WAS, I HAD ALREADY MADE UP MY MIND THAT I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK TO SEE HER BECAUSE SHE HAD A SNOTTY ATTITUDE, LIKE SHE DIDN’T WANT TO WAIT ON ME!!!!! IF MOST OF THE PEOPLE SHE SEES HAVE SIMILAR REACTIONS TOWARDS HER, IT’S A WONDER SHE’S STILL IN BUSINESS‼️ I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE PERSON THAT WAS MY FIRST CHOICE, BUT FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE LASTING, AND I TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF IT’S A NEGATIVE ONE‼️.

The hardest part was finding the correct parking , and finding the office. The receptionist, PA, and Dr Wilson were very pleasant, easy to talk to, and very informative.

I had a confirmed appointment at 9 a.m., but no one told me that the doctor wouldn't be able to see me, so I had to wait until 10 a.m. An hour-long wait! The first person who helped me at the front desk didn't even tell me.

Staff from start to finis was welcoming and friendly. Each employee took their time in explaining what they were doing, the cost of procedures and specific timelines of when things could be taken care of. Summer was the Tech taking my X-rays, they were absolutely delightful! Dr. Chokshi was very kind and informative. I am very satisfied that I switched to this office!

It was a warning feeling my Assistant and Doctor did not make me feel uncomfortable about the condition my teeth was in and the young lady at the rest for check out explained the plan to me with no judgment
