second appointment I’ve had where staff have been over 20 minutes late. When taken back, there was a hygienist in training in my room. I was not asked if I was okay with it. The cleaning left burn marks in the corner of my mouth and gums to where it burned after the appointment and it stung when I was eating dinner. During the procedure, the product used to clean my teeth hit my tongue a few times and it burned. the hygienist and the trainer were talking to each other during the entire appt

My appointment was at 8am. I walked into the office at 7:55 and no one was at the front desk to check me in. I was eventually checked in but had to wait until 9 to go back because my dentist hit traffic. Once the hygienist was done, a different dentist came in. If I was seeing a different dentist anyways, I should not have had to wait until mine came in to be taken back by the hygienist.

Office was uncomfortably warm. Would be helpful to know in advance for those who are heat sensitive. Check-in is confusing and could use clarity. A simple, “I’ll be right with you“ would be very helpful as line includes people who are sitting, which is confusing for those who have just walked-in. Hygienist, Nyilah, was fabulous. 5 stars. She called several times for a doctor, and we were told the doc “forgot.” Appt was 90 mins bc of this. No fault of Nyilah.

I have experienced long wait times (half an hour) in checking out. Once due to be forgotten. Yesterday after 15 minutes I went to a check out desk to tell them I had to leave and to send me something. It's a very busy practice I have been going to for almost 3 years. Something needs to change in this regard.

I was asked to do Xrays even though I did them at my last cleaning. If I didn't remember I would have potentially been charged.During the cleaning the ultrasonic scaler was used very aggressively so I asked to stop and do it manually. There were not enough breaks to suction water out of my mouth. It sprayed all over me and left residue on my face that I noticed after I left. My bottom lip was raw from being grazed multiple times. The experience was very uncomfortable and anxiety inducing.

Please call me back about a billing error - I have left a voicemail and not received a callback. My insurance company denied my claim b/c the office failed to provide requested documentation - and then made me pay my balance in order to get my teeth cleaned.

I came for a cleaning as a new patient and expected to get X-rays prior to the cleaning. I confirmed I was there for a cleaning twice with the front desk and the dental assistant. Neither said anything! It was not until the very end of the appointment that I was told I would not be getting a cleaning that day, and I had to book it separately.I did NOT consent to have only X-rays without actual dental service. You wasted my time.I asked for my records and still have not received them.
