had issues the entire week with them leading up to the appointment so I should have known there would be dysfunction upon arrival. Was an absolute nightmare, their customer service was bad the entire time. The lady that did all my exams would barely talk, her accent was so thick I could barely understand her, she just kept jerking and stabbing me in the mouth, when I informed her that she was hurting me and I was unable to do what she asked she would say “well I’m trying to just do the X-ray” She had an attitude the entire time told me I needed to contact previous dentist and get crays emailed over but then I was taking too long and she needed to get me crates since I only had an hr slot. when the dentist finally arrived. He didn’t even come around so I could see his face. He just started talking in a rush, with a very sarcastic demeanor. I came for help and just got rushed out. I see why this doctor had openings but I will not be returning.

I loved the professional and friendly atmosphere, it was very calming. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Very helpful, I felt comfortable and well cared for. This was the best experience I had at a dental office.

Fantastic in every respect! My wife, Lesley, will be calling to get the same treatment. Very rare to have professionals like you to take the time to explain as you all did. Dr. Perez is obviously not only a great dentist, he is a great man! Ashley in intake was so patient, the xray "specialist" was special and the hygenist had a light and gentle touch. My heartfelt thank you from a grateful patient.

Very pleasant experience

My first visit to Dental One Fayetteville was excellent. The lady who checked me in was thorough, and she followed up on x-ray films that were emailed from a different dental office. The best part of visit was Annemarie. She was outstanding! She listened to my concerns and then explained the different phases of the visit. She ensured each discipline was aware of my concerns.

Check-in with the staff was very pleasant and attentive. They really made me feel welcomed and cared for.
