This is my second time there. They haven’t been able to complete the entire process in one appointment. I always have to schedule a second appointment for cleaning or to see the dentist doctor. I would like to be able to get everything done in one appointment.

I like that they have their appointment scheduling very well organized.

I found it very confusing and disorganized. I made an appointment for a cleaning and check up. Instead, I had very very uncomfortable X-rays then was told to go home. No cleaning at all and they can’t get me in until December. There was zero communications that this was to be expected. Your business model is awful and I’m likely to find somewhere different. If I do this, I will take my son (also a patient there) with me.

It was good, but it’s early days.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dentist took the time to explain everything and show me the scans and images, giving me details as to why I need the treatment I need.

My first visit I was a bit anxious, but that didn’t last long. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The Dr and his associate were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Dental One Associates
