Yesterday I had an appointment and I was upset because at the end they applied fluoride treatment and no one informed me that it cost $70. I wasn't expecting that expense. I think they should ask before applying the product since it's not fair that I'm saving for my university books and have to make an unexpected payment without being consulted.

Scheduled appointment was at 1530 ET but wait times in waiting room and to see dentist totalled close to 30 minutes; however, dental consultation was less than 5 minutes.
