(1) I picked an early morning time specifically to get my day started early and it worked. No lines, no waits; as soon as I checked in I went right to my appointment. Immaculate. (2) insurance was already connected and everything was covered, no paperwork. The front desk staff got it all setup and all I had to do was double check my info is up to date, so it was super easy. Everything was clean and orderly. It was kind of funny to see a paper poster of a beach to look at while during the appt.
