Everything was excellent. The wait time was short, staff interactions were great and helpful, clinical care was wonderful, and the billing process was easy to take care of.

I arrived at my appointment on time. I was brought to the back and sat there an hour before the dentist came to see me. Once the dentist arrived, I was giving men a numbing shot and advise that I will sit for 15 mins. 30 mins later, the dentist came back and had to inject me again because the numbing wore off. An appointment for a simple filling that actually only took 15-20 minutes lasted for 2 hours. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a dentist office. I will not be returning.

I love this dental office. My previous appointments were with Dr. Ruth, whom I appreciated. Yesterday, I was made aware that Dr. Ruth was no longer with the practice. Patients should have been made aware of her departure when it occurred, so that we could make the best decisions for our dental health moving forward. Better communication should occur with all patients when dentists leave or new dentists join the practice.
