I had a great experience no wait time got my filling completed. Dentist is great. her assistant was wonderful very caring people.

I was asked to pay another $400+ after a very good appointment with my implant. I said I paid 2009.90 November 12, 2025 which is more than half of the $3,726.10. Now he wants to add another $400+ to my long procedure. Another bait and switch tactic just like the so called medical procedure switch after the estimate.Thanks, Mark Klingensmith

I was charged for my cavity filling and after speaking with my mom she was asking if it was it covered by insurance. I wanted to ask and make sure I didn't pay for something I didn’t have to if my insurance can cover it.

My hygienist said she does things different than the others and implied the others don’t check everything like she does. I’d like to think each visit would provide the same care.

I had to wait over 20 minutes to check out. No other patients waiting to check out. Then they called someone who just sat down before me. I know Marion was having computer issues. But, this wait time to check out was a bit much.Otherwise, Marion is excellent and the office staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I had several routine procedures performed as part of a semi-annual checkup. Upon completion,I paid the outstanding balance. However, when getting home and checking my insurance coverage, it seems that two procedures were fully charged to me, when one should have been covered by insurance and the second should have been partially covered by insurance.

While I understand things happen, my appointment was changed 1 hour before my scheduled time and I was not notified via text. Which is odd since my appointment was confirmed via text the night before for the original time. I work, I arranged my schedule to attend the appointment it was rushed and moved to a 30 minute cleaning and no X-rays. The attitude was “oh well” if you reschedule you will have to wait u til May

Couldn’t ask for a better staff out front friendly. Waiting time was perfect right on time. Place is always run orderly and very clean. Dr. K and his assistant are top notch. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks Dr. K
