Scheduled a cleaning & they couldn’t do it because they didn’t schedule me for a cleaning only a new patient. No other dentist office does X-rays one day and have to take off work again for cleaning. I’m 60 so I have been to the dentist ALOT. Waited a long time to get in and then had to wait in lobby a long time again to check out.

This was the first gentle and kind provider I have had that understood my needs and fears im regards to dentists.

Very easy and so helpful in resolving my problems. Im very satisfied. Family joined after my visit.

I was excited about my visit because the practice came with a high recommendation. I arrived 15 mins early and ended up waiting an hour before being seen. I sat and watched people who arrived after me get seen before me. When I inquired about what was going on I was told that those people were seeing another doctor and there was an emergency involving the doctor I was supposed to see. I expressed my disappointment but waited to be seen. Then I was told that I couldn’t get a cleaning because I was a new patient and the first visit was for a consultation. I expressed that I wasn’t aware of that because I made my new patient appointment online. I was told online doesn’t inform the patient of that information. That needs to be changed. So people can make informed decisions. However, when it was all said and done the team did everything they could to get me a cleaning appointment scheduled for the same day. I was impressed with their efforts without having to ask. Ida my hygienist was a little heavy handed but I was pleased with the service I received.

I found the entire staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable. I was especially grateful for how patient and kind everyone was with my unease and nerves.🤭

Initial experience was great. I loved the dentist. I didn’t realize that he was double booked for a procedure and wasn’t going to be doing anything to me at all, not even a cleaning.I asked if we could focus on the two biggest problem areas and I was told I would be taken care of, but all that ended up to be was me walked up to a desk where a woman gave me a massive bill after insurance and a number to call when I have enough to pay for it. I have other dental issues that insurance would cover that are also painful. I wish someone would’ve told me and maybe we could’ve started with those instead. I’m still in so much pain. The dental hygienist was amazing; whoever she passed me off to not so much.
