I had a great experience just the cost of everything I need done is more than I can afford. I wasn't interested in dental implants and felt it was kinda pushed.

Every one was so pleasent and nice the dentist was Amazing

I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was called back about right on time for my appointment. The assistant took panoramic radiographs and took me back to the dental chair and said she just need to clean the machine and would be right back. I sat and waited in the chair for almost 15 minutes. Please understand that I have anxiety about going to the dentist and indicated as such in my new patient documents. When the assistant returned, she said she had to take more radiographs. This was different from my previous dentist, so I asked the assistant why we were taking more. After she took the images, she told me that the doctor needed to review them and she would be in. I mentioned that I needed to be at work at 10am. The assistant returned and told me that I needed to reschedule. I asked if the doctor was backed up with another patient and the assistant said she was with another patient and I should reschedule. Confused and anxious I wandered to the front desk, looking for someone to help me. A gentleman behind a computer asked if I needed help. I explained what happened and that I was confused. He went to talk to the assistant and came back. He told me that they had a DA call out and they were behind and offered to schedule me for the following week. I told him I would have to call back to reschedule. I called the office about 15 minutes later asking for someone to explain what happened, because if someone had just said, "we are running behind, we're sorry, we'll be with you as soon as possible", I could have contacted my employer and let them know I would be late. Instead I wasn't given information and just told to reschedule. The receptionist told me that since "I had a time restraint" they felt it best for me to reschedule and if I needed to go above her to email the practice manager.I am disappointed in my first experience at this dentist. Why ask patients if they have anxiety at the dentist if you don't pay attention to the notes. Additionally there was very poor communication from the dental assistant. I understand appointments can get behind, but communicating would have gone a long way .

It was very enjoyable, everyone was very pleasent and friendly.

Punctual and courteous

The dentist office canceled several appointments on me the last couple of years so it kept getting pushed back. I finally had my appointment on 4/20/26 which was originally scheduled for March, and then I was told I couldn’t even get the cleaning done that day! I had to reschedule ANOTHER appointment - and not even until August! I’ve never had to come back for a cleaning with any dentist office. It’s inconvenient and seems quite ridiculous.

Dental assistant was very nice and personable. Dentist was very thorough. I will know more after my next visit

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. At the time, the receptionist was on the phone. So, while standing at the window, I filled in the check-in information on the clipboard, caught the receptionist's eye, and deliberately set the clipboard on the counter.25 minute later (15 minutes past appointment time) I approached receptionist and asked if I was forgotten?I can understand being overlooked....it WAS busy... but I'm annoyed that the dentist was told I was late.

First of all I had an appointment in February, the office canceled it, didn’t get another appointment till 4/13. Then because I asked about my other appointments that I had made previously. I was casually told oh we canceled the appointments. I pay my dental insurance to have three cleanings a year, I have never been able to get three cleanings a year. The hygienist that clean my teeth, this time really poked in my gums in the back on the one side was very sore . Never had that before

I had a great experience no wait time got my filling completed. Dentist is great. her assistant was wonderful very caring people.
