Did not like it because did not check insurance and I have pay out of pocket

They were very nice to me and friendly even though I felt shame for how bad my teeth were they should me kindness and care. I honestly felt like a failure when they said I had 2 cavities but they comforted me. The check out people were also great. Grace and I chatted very friendly even the other gentleman I sadly didnt catch his name but it was great. Thank you very much. Great experience overall

original appt scheduled in May, was cancelled by DOA, was told I would receive a call to reschedule which never happened- I had to make the call and next available appt was 3 months later

I was scheduled to see a periodontist My appointment was not completed because for some reason they had me scheduled to see a general dentist. I was told the periodontist is only there on Wednesdays. The periodontist I will now see is not covered by my insurance and is actually closer. If possible, please have your records checked for my initial contact with your office

I should be seen every 6 months and can’t get an appointment for sometimes 9 months later. You have too many patients and not enough dental hygienists to cover them. You also cancel appointments and then I am in a bind to get another appointment.

I was anxious about getting a comprehensive exam but your staff put me at ease

We had to wait 30 min to be seen. It will take 3-4 months to receive denture. Never heard of that taking so long.
