I stopped by Fri, Apr 3 to discuss issues with the claim you submitted to Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) medical insurance, but you were closed. The notes on the BCBS Explanation of Benefits say the dental care I received is not listed as a covered service for 5 of the 6 rows and I'm required to pay $283.10. However, their website & brochure clearly show they cover costs for a periodic oral exam, prophylaxis, & bitewings by a preferred provider. It appears you may need to resubmit new codes?
