The person behind the desk didn't know how to get an estimate for my crown, so I left.She started flipping through some big book like she had no clue. If you can't provide on the spot estimates for services needed in today's technological world, you need to update your systems or your employees.She seemed so confused on how to look up the cost for a crown. My new dentist provided immediate pricing, immediate service and same day crown for 25% less. I'm very pleased with changing offices.

Thank you again for the visit — I really appreciate Dr.Nguyen’s expertise and feel confident in the care.I just wish I could’ve had an overall plan for my treatment in electronic form or in paper. Since we’ve started with upper braces, I’m assuming we’re in the initial leveling phase, I’d like to know the plan/timeline for the lower crowding and when the appliance will come into play.Also, I’d love to better understand how this approach compares to extraction or gum grafting options.

It was great. I hate cleanings. I'm sooo nervous. The hygienist is good she stops and lets me get my bearings together and starts again.

I was told more than once that having only 2 people created a heavy workload and they couldn't contact my insurance to get an updated quote.I was chicane because my husband was charged $40 because they made his appointment 1 day to soon. Usually when an appointment is made, the person scheduling the should look at the patient's past appointment to make sure when to schedule the patients appointment. I told her that, but she said it was the patients duty.
