Every person I encountered at the dental facility was professional, friendly, and very focused on making my first visit there a good experience. I would definitely recommend others to this group based on how I was tested and cared for!

I think it is very inappropriate to force a patient to make the next appointment. Even though I refused to do it, they arbitrarily made an appointment without my consent.

The person behind the desk didn't know how to get an estimate for my crown, so I left.She started flipping through some big book like she had no clue. If you can't provide on the spot estimates for services needed in today's technological world, you need to update your systems or your employees.She seemed so confused on how to look up the cost for a crown. My new dentist provided immediate pricing, immediate service and same day crown for 25% less. I'm very pleased with changing offices.

Since we’ve started with upper braces, I’m assuming we’re in the initial leveling phase, I’d like to know the plan/timeline for the lower crowding and when the appliance will come into play.Also, I’d love to better understand how this approach compares to extraction or gum grafting options.
