The hygienist who cleaned my teeth (Naz) was very nice and professional, but she was fairly rough with the cleaning and flossing. It was pretty unpleasant. (I've always had really good experiences with the hygienists at your office. They've always been so gentle!) I also didn't know I had been scheduled for a day that Dr. Lin is not in the office. Dr. Matthews was very nice and very professional, but I was caught off guard, finding out in the moment that I wouldn't be seeing my normal dentist.
