I was told more than once that having only 2 people created a heavy workload and they couldn't contact my insurance to get an updated quote.I was chicane because my husband was charged $40 because they made his appointment 1 day to soon. Usually when an appointment is made, the person scheduling the should look at the patient's past appointment to make sure when to schedule the patients appointment. I told her that, but she said it was the patients duty.

The instrument that polishes teeth, did not do a good job

I would like to recognize Deepika for her wonderful care during my recent four-month checkup. She was highly proficient, had a very gentle touch, and was very warm and caring. She is excellent!

Dental hygienist was not available.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth (Naz) was very nice and professional, but she was fairly rough with the cleaning and flossing. It was pretty unpleasant. (I've always had really good experiences with the hygienists at your office. They've always been so gentle!) I also didn't know I had been scheduled for a day that Dr. Lin is not in the office. Dr. Matthews was very nice and very professional, but I was caught off guard, finding out in the moment that I wouldn't be seeing my normal dentist.
