Didn't get my 6 month free cleaning

I am used to a family practice and this seemed like a nickel dime type of practice. I have never been charged by the tooth for cleaning. I was also surprised at charges for irrigation and the number of bite wing x rays. I understand you need to do a baseline for a new patient, but I see a dentist on a regular basis and take care of my teeth.

Everyone was very nice. The brand new tech needed to take my word for it that she was slicing my gums with the Xray plates, but other than that everything was good.

The team was very pleasant and efficient and timely and made for a great first impression

2 hours for xrays and 5 mins with dentist. No cleaning. Unacceptable.

Dentist recommended a crown for a chipped filling. I had the X-rays sent to my family dentist and they were shocked of the recommendation. My family dentist repaired the filling in 45 minutes. This place farms new patients for money and google reviews. Front office was okay, back office was depressing.

Dr. Chang and Eba were very professional. She did a great job on the anesthetic. Eba was efficient. The only thing that would improve the process is better communication. Tell me what you're doing at each step and make it clear how long each step will take as well as the overall procedure. Oh and communication about the postop expectations (pain and any palliative care foe the pain). One more thing: the tech should evaluate the patient after the procedure to ensure the patient is okay to drive.

No longer accepting my insurance

I was unable to get an appt for 4 days for an urgent issue. Also, I'm unable able to be seen to replace a temporary crown for nearly 2 months.
