Always a great experience, despite my insurance issues the staff was very kind, fun & understanding which is what you always want in a service provider.. is to feel at home & seen. Kudos!

I’ve been having tooth sensitivity issues since my filing was placed in February. I had no discomfort or sensitivity before. If this is normal/to be expected after the procedure, that was not communicated with me. My tooth hurts anytime I bite down now. This does not seem normal to me.

Dr Paladines and all the staff where very professional and (genuinely) kind, they provide very high quality dental services with goood prices/insurance options

Waited 40-45 minutes to see the dentist after my cleaning and was there for a total of an hour and 45 minutes, which seems ridiculous for a routine cleaning. The hygienist I usually see is so gentle but this time the cleaning was a little painful. And it was difficult to find a time to book my 6 month appointment. Usually this office is so great! As a medical professional that works for a private equity firm myself, I'm assuming it's the fault of the corporation asking too much of its employees.

Wait time after being called to the back was a little long

I have been a,patient of record for several years. Why has office NOT suggested getting crowns before? Now, i am told by Dr. Chang, there FIVE CROWNS that needs to be scheduled. This should have been done a little along as I am A regular and consistent patron of Dental Professionals.

I received a phone call from office that they have made a mistake in regards my schedule and need to make another one with more time line.
