Friendly professionals

It's extremely difficult getting an appointment. I'm looking to find another dentist office because of this.

I was unable to secure my next appointment early November, however, my crown is scheduled to October 8th.

Imagix Dental far exceeded my expectations, truly! Everyone was so professional, I was immediately sold within the first 5 minutes. Everything went extremely well, I’ve never went to a dentist office that has wowed me like this one. I’m so happy I made the choice to come, and look forward to my next appointment.

I had a very pleasant visit. Neisha was so pleasant and welcoming. Delores is just as awesome as my daughter, Lisa Byers said she is. Sorry, Dr. P for having so many issues believe me I’m real sorry$.

My experience was not the greatest upon my arrival. The front desk associate told me that I was not assigned to their office by my dental insurance. I then proceeded to call a phone number that she provided to me and I was still unsuccessful. When I scheduled the appointment, my initial reasoning was to come and get my teeth cleaned. Only thing they did was examine my mouth and stick me with an extremely sharp tool that made my gums bleed. I won’t be returning the level of service did not meet my expectation.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable; waiting time was brief; the dental assistant was focused and well prepared; the hygienist was skillful and encouraging; the dentist was a “10+” and a credit to the profession.

Everyone—from Ayla, the receptionist, to Maya, who performed my X -rays, to Ann, the hygienist, and especially Dr. Chang—was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. For my very first visit, they all went above and beyond to make me feel valued and truly cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The appointment was very efficient and quick. The breakdown of the estimate was also much appreciated.
