I think it's very important to let people know of your 3% credit card fee BEFORE we arrive and better explain the optional services that we can choose to pay for out of pocket. The xray tech was very hard to understand. Otherwise the experience was ok. Dr Paladines did not speak of doing an oral cancer screening nor spend as much time speaking, acknowledging and examining my specific mouth/throat/teeth issues as my previous dentist of 32 years but we'll see. Kind of cookie cutter/"next" environment.

Everyone was pleasant and polite. I really appreciated how everything was explained to me in detail. I’ll definitely recommend this dental office.

Long wait times during appointments waiting to be seen. I sat in exam rooms for 30+ and 50+ minutes the last two times I was there with no contact or explanation on wait time.

Always a great experience, despite my insurance issues the staff was very kind, fun & understanding which is what you always want in a service provider.. is to feel at home & seen. Kudos!

I’ve been having tooth sensitivity issues since my filing was placed in February. I had no discomfort or sensitivity before. If this is normal/to be expected after the procedure, that was not communicated with me. My tooth hurts anytime I bite down now. This does not seem normal to me.

Waited 40-45 minutes to see the dentist after my cleaning and was there for a total of an hour and 45 minutes, which seems ridiculous for a routine cleaning. The hygienist I usually see is so gentle but this time the cleaning was a little painful. And it was difficult to find a time to book my 6 month appointment. Usually this office is so great! As a medical professional that works for a private equity firm myself, I'm assuming it's the fault of the corporation asking too much of its employees.
