It was freezing cold in the rooms. The X-ray tech was very nice. The hygienist, Ann was not as pleasant.

I had a great experience at Dental Professionals of Atlanta. The entire process was fast, professional, courteous, and efficient. Everyone was honest, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

I am used to a family practice and this seemed like a nickel dime type of practice. I have never been charged by the tooth for cleaning. I was also surprised at charges for irrigation and the number of bite wing x rays. I understand you need to do a baseline for a new patient, but I see a dentist on a regular basis and take care of my teeth.

Everyone was very nice. The brand new tech needed to take my word for it that she was slicing my gums with the Xray plates, but other than that everything was good.

Very disappointed….waited 3 months for the appt which was a cleaning. Got there 15 mins early…didn’t get called back until 15 mins after my appt time…..they did lots of X-rays which was expected on first visit. After all the X-rays they come in and tell me I need extra medicine for gingivitis….which isn’t covered by insurance….an additional $160 to pay….then they say you will get the meds today but we have to reschedule you for the cleaning because the hygenist doesn’t have time to do your cleaning….WTH? If the hygenist was pressed for time why didn’t they call me back as soon as I arrived?Also, I floss daily and use a water pic daily so not sure if this wasn’t a money grab.I WILL NOT be going back…..not a good experience at all!

2 hours for xrays and 5 mins with dentist. No cleaning. Unacceptable.

Dentist recommended a crown for a chipped filling. I had the X-rays sent to my family dentist and they were shocked of the recommendation. My family dentist repaired the filling in 45 minutes. This place farms new patients for money and google reviews. Front office was okay, back office was depressing.
