my appointments kept getting rescheduled and i waited almost a year and a half to be seen. after i finally get seen the lady at the front desk marked me as if i didnt show up and had to wait over an hour to be seen for a cleaning.

Scheduling was unclear. I stated during my intake that I wanted a cleaning and that was not fulfilled. Which is fine I just would have liked to have known that ahead of time.

I’ve had a tough time finding a dentist who accepts my insurance. Dental Solutions accepted my insurance and the appointment was easy to schedule. The staff was so friendly and the office was extremely clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Especially, the office manager! My daughter is a tough patient and they handled her with grace. The office manager even went to check on her a few times. I was very pleased with this office!
