Everything went very good

Waited 20 min (never happened before) so was late to pick up my daughter from daycare

The dental hygienist usually flosses my teeth after the cleaning. But, it wasn’t done this time on 3:26/2026. I was disappointed that it wasn’t done. Things seemed a bit rushed. I also wasn’t notified of the move to the new location before arriving at the old location first. I had to call to find out where my appointment would be.

My experience was great.Just never had a roux canal and did no, it would take so long.But I was explained how long it would take. Everyone was friendly, very informable.And everything was explained to me.And deep content of my procedure

I have no complaints everything was perfect in an out time was excellent customer service was excellent.

I was on time but still waited an hour

Staff was cordial and did a great job on my mouth once they started, but my teeth cleaning appointment was for 12pm and the cleaning didn’t start until 12:40. Very frustrating. Once in the chair I was told my regular person had recently left the practice and so other staff had to fill in the gaps.. An advanced heads up that things were running significantly behind schedule would have been appreciated. The 40 minute wait threw the rest of my day off.

My appt was 9am, I was taken in late and while I was waiting staff was just arriving after 9am. The person who helped me wasn't very kind and his X-ray process was painful. He left and I sat there for 30 mins without any info. Then a dentist came over and said my dentist was running late.The dentist finally came at 9:45-10am he barely addressed anything he didn't even say his name.I was escorted out even though I was expecting a cleaning.

My tweet were cleaned by Miss Toni and she is amazing! She is so good at her job and I really like her. I was disappointed though bc the two dentist on staff were too busy cleaning each others teeth to give me an exam during my allotted time. So, I left without seeing a dentist.
