I’ve had a tough time finding a dentist who accepts my insurance. Dental Solutions accepted my insurance and the appointment was easy to schedule. The staff was so friendly and the office was extremely clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Especially, the office manager! My daughter is a tough patient and they handled her with grace. The office manager even went to check on her a few times. I was very pleased with this office!

The staff and providers were very friendly and professional. I thought that I would be getting a cleaning on this visit, so I was a little disappointed. I was also surprised to learn that the first available appointment is in December. However, they did offer to put me on a cancellation list. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I visited as a new patient. They were able to see me quickly, develop a treatment plan with cost transparency, and fix two dental issues same day. While the dental cleaning is a bit far out, that is mostly due to my scheduling issues.

The staff moved very quickly to get me from the reception desk to the dentist chair, take x rays and see the dentist.

Consultation was not with the dentist I initially booked with. I was not made aware that my first appointment would not include my cleaning. I could not get in for my cleaning until 3 months after my consultation appointment.

I booked appointment for teeth cleaning but only got x-ray.I was charged wrongly 5 usd co-pay, I told reception there's no copay with my plan, they said there is. Called Aetna later, they called the dentist and they then admitted it was their error.Positive: staff is friendly

Started out great - agreed to take my partner in at the same time even though her appt was next week, and took us right back; then I spent a lot of time in the chair waiting, the X-ray tech was working frantically fast (but he was very kind and understanding), the doctor did his quick exam and then casually said they couldn't clean my teeth today because it was the end of the day and they were running out of time and we'd have to schedule another day for the cleaning (I thought this was weird - NEVER had this experience at a dental practice in my life, and I'm not young), my partner got the same story, when we went to the front desk to do this (thinking the cleaning would be scheduled the end of the week or next week) the receptionist told us the earliest appointment was October 30th! - THREE MONTHS FROM NOW! I was really looking forward to a professional cleaning, as it's been some time since I have seen a dentist after moving to Philadelphia. I'm looking for a another dentist. I read up and see there's a dental hygienist shortage, but three months is a ridiculous amount of time between exam and cleaning. It has to be better elsewhere, and your online reviews prove it. I looked those up after I got home, too. My partners, who were existing patients, and I will find someplace else.
