I booked an appointment through Zocdoc with a dentist who never showed.. I booked a dental cleaning, but was told I can’t have the cleaning done and the next available appointment is 2 months away.I was there for almost an hour just for some quick x rays and for a dentist to tell me i look ok for now. The receptionists system can be better, instead of hang people stand there and stare at someone for help, maybe someone can say “be right with you” or something like that? Lol. Basic customer service. The dental assistant was very nice and do a great job making the x ray part of the appointment comfortable

I wish someone had informed me before my initial appt that the cleaning would not take place on the this visit. I’ve never had a dentist appt (even a first w a practice) that didn’t include a cleaning.

I spoke to the hygienist about gum sensitivity as a symptom of pregnancy and then felt, unrelatedly, like it was one of the roughest cleanings I have experienced. I do acknowledge that my pregnancy made my gums more sensitive but it also seemed like she might have been rushing and was not careful, even though I assumed she would attempt to be after our conversation.The pick was stuck in between my teeth and pulled out hard, and water squirted carelessly on my neck and down my shirt.

The front desk person took so long to check me in I was incredibly late. And then my cleaning was so rushed. My hygienist had me in and out in 15 mins. No flossing and barely any polishing. This isn't even the first time this happened. This isn't even the first time I've experienced this which makes me think it's a norm for your clinic. Also previous experiences have tried to push teeth whitening or orthodontics. The care seems to be a very unethical attempt of a cash grab.

The dental hygienist usually flosses my teeth after the cleaning. But, it wasn’t done this time on 3:26/2026. I was disappointed that it wasn’t done. Things seemed a bit rushed. I also wasn’t notified of the move to the new location before arriving at the old location first. I had to call to find out where my appointment would be.

My experience was great.Just never had a roux canal and did no, it would take so long.But I was explained how long it would take. Everyone was friendly, very informable.And everything was explained to me.And deep content of my procedure

I have no complaints everything was perfect in an out time was excellent customer service was excellent.
