Dental hygienist was great however the wait time for my child to be seen by doctor was exceptionally long to the point we left and he was not seen by doctor.The same expectation for the office on a patient arrival time and promptness is appreciated on our end as patients. Overbooking puts scheduled patients out of their time frame as well.

The staff at Dental office and clinic simply Amazing, they're professional warm polite. They work with you as far as timing with.your appointment and what is best for you.

Staff was great but after dental exam, I was told it would be 45 minutes before a hygienist could come to clean my teeth. I couldn't wait that long so had to reschedule to come back at a later date.

Waited nearly 20 minutes for appointment. This is the second appointment where I’ve had an extremely long wait time - the last time was nearly 45 minutes.

My cavity was filled incorrectly and I had to wait 1-2 weeks to come in for it to be fixed. If you make a mistake it should be fixed right away
