I was referred to your practice by a relative. I had a toothache and my prior dentist was out of town. I was thoroughly impressed to receive a next day appointment. Upon my arrival, everyone was friendly, informative and professional. So much so, that the same day, I called my prior dentist office requesting my records and x-rays be transferred!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years and felt very out of my element, but the staff made me feel very at home and were extremely nonjudgmental! I’m not very good with names, and wish I could remember the name of the assistant who took my X-rays. I think her name was Alicia or maybe Alyssa… we bonded over zodiac signs and she was great at explaining what exactly she was doing to take the x-rays. Dr. D’Alessandro was also extremely easily to talk to and gave a great, comprehensive overview of my X-rays. I’ve gone from being nervous about my next cleaning to looking forward to it! I can see why this practice has so many patients.

From the time I set foot in the office is was warm an inviting. The woman who checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful(believe she said she was new). The dental team as well as the other admins all made me feel like I was in the right place and that they were all there to help. I suffer with dental anxiety and their warmth really helped to alleviate some of my anxieties.

From the time I stepped through the door, I was treated kind, and respectful. Everyone was caring, it moved along nice and smoothly, and I got out of there at a decent time...🙂

Receptionists were very friendly, helpful, and informative. Dental hygienists were helpful and clear; doctor was quick, informative, and friendly. I was really very happy with my first visit, thank you! Pricing was also very clear before anything was charged.
