The Hygienist didn’t give me a cup to rinse my mouth after cleaning was done

I had two cancellations before I could see the doctor

Staff interaction was excellent, however, for the past week I have had severe pain in the upper left back tooth, pain I didn't have prior to the visit, the geneolist didn't mention a cavity so what can be the problem?

Hospitality was very good

All good. They really try to make your visit comfortable while getting procedures done.

They scheduled me for a fit for my partial dentures, and Dr. Shen what is excellent as usual. They scheduled a cleaning on the same day and put me in the chair for a cleaning without checking my insurance before hand they then came and said I have a co-pay of $227 they should’ve checked my insurance prior to my being put in the chair and I would’ve not going ahead with the cleaning at that amount.

Scheduling was fast and just wait time was quickOffice staff and Dr. Was very friendly and eased my fair of dental work.

Dannneille is the best! She does a great job explaining everything that's going on and her work is excellent...
