The dentist was very calm and kind. I really appreciate the time he took with me. Everyone in the office was nice.

It was plenty

I was information about the insurance that you except that I was told was not true. The staff was having problems with the imaging x-ray machine. I was already nervous, but I guess it was not their fault!

Was a very good first experience with the doctor and the rest of the staff. Appreciated that they took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions I had.

I actually was pleased with majority of the visit. I felt like most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I thought the doctor had good bedside manner. My only issue was that it felt very overwhelming to be handed so many documents in one visit regarding procedures that need to be done and the amounts of them. I have never sat in the dentist chair and been told that I needed to make appointments right then and there; and that the cost of those appointments would be hundreds of Dollars while also knowing that there is other dental work that was told that needs to be done immediately (which I received once I)but those also carry very large price tags. It felt pressuring and that everything needed to be done immediately with no regard of how a patient could take that as overwhelming and insensitive.
