My appointment time was changed without me being asked/informed that it was happening. I found out via reminder text less than a week before the appointment. I called the office and no explanation was offered for the changed time

Apparently the company can’t keep a good hygienist and frequently only has one so a 3 month appointment becomes a 6 month appointment.
