The doctor "examined me" for my 9:30 appointment for a minute, said I was good and then said he'd let the dental hygienist know I was ready. I then waited 20 minutes for them to tell me my appointment was at 9:50 for the cleaning. They should definitely keep you informed of how long you'll be waiting because I was about to leave. We make appointments so we know we can be to work at certain times.

Angela is very thorough at cleaning my teeth and she takes the time out to explain the aftercare of cleaning them and products that are good hygiene for me.

You come up to the receptionist and she scheduled your appointment you’re in and out no problem no issue I’ll be respectful
