My experience with everyone was aPleasure, everyone know my name, u unfortunately I need a teeth pull that was the hardest part, I am working on a plan to get my upper dentures fixed my mouth is still sore today but that's expected I want to thank everyone for being so pleasant and greeting me as a person not a patient

THE NURSE WHO HELPED WAS GREAT THE WOMAN WHO CLEANED MY TEETH WAS GREATI JUST HAD AN ISSUE OF WATING AS LONG AS I DID AND THE DR NEVER CAME IN SO I LEFT

I came yesterday for a cleaning. I waited a half hour and I was informed it was because two people called out so they were behind which is totally understandable. But when I did go back for my cleaning it felt very rushed and shorter than any cleaning I had before. Also at the end when the end the hygienist only flossed a few teeth here and there and I was done. I understand being behind but I also took time out of my day to get my teeth cleaned and do not feel like I got a good clean.

Staff is fantastic.

The dentist is a sweet young lady. I hoped to have something done to alleviate the pain I'm suffering through until I can raise $1000 for the extractions, caps, and new bridge. My bottom teeth are sending electric shocks to my whole mouth with any bite of food or drink of anything cold. I need something done immediately or something strong for the pain besides orajel or ibuprofen that I'm not allowed to take because of stomach issues

The dentist and xray tech as well as the hygienist were very friendly and quick. However the issue occurred after the hygienist left and the front desk person came into the room to discuss pricing. I was very confused and uncomfortable, if the appointment was over why was she in there I could have gone to the front, and why were my teeth not cleaned during my appointment She wanted to schedule me for a deep cleaning but whe. I refused she wouldn't schedule me for a simple cleaning instead
