The most efficient and helpful dentist office of all time

The receptionist were all very friendly and courteous. The doctor's assistant was very professional and helpful. Doctor very knowledgeable, professional and skilled at his work

The wait was worth it as my cleaning was super quick and my teeth looked great!

I received text messages that told me I had an appointment at one time (the time I had on my calendar) which I confirmed. The day before the appointment the staff called to confirm the appointment at a different time and was very rude when I told them I already confirmed the appointment by text for a different time (I showed them the text message that had that “wrong” time). I also couldn’t get an appointment in Nov or Dec and now can’t have a second cleaning this year.

I have never had a new patient visit where the cleaning was a separate appointment. If I had known that sooner than a week before my scheduled appointment I would have found a place with actual availability. I did receive a voicemail but didn’t call to schedule as I was going to be there soon. If she had mentioned there was no availability I would have found a place that could service me. Also on me for not asking those questions. I was able to get the appointment I did pretty easily and should have known better. With my insurance I have to pick an office to be able to schedule which isn’t your fault but never have I been a new patient and was told you are getting 15 minutes. If my teeth were in need of any actual work I’d have to find a new dentist as it seems there is no availability. There were no available cleaning appointments until January. I’ll probably go pay out of pocket to my old dentist because I value my cleanings and will not go 6 months without one.
