I felt like i wasted my time to have to do a consultation then return for cleaning, all the offices i went to do x ray and cleaning the same day

It was Great! My first time here and not alot of paperwork to fill out. I was happy about that.Also it was a pleasant surprise to get the X-rays and cleaning done on the same visit. Most dental offices will do xrays on one visit and cleaning on next one. My teeth also felt very clean after. The hygienist was very thorough. The dentist also found a cavity which didn't show up on the X-rays. Overall, I had a great experience.

Exceptional service and excellent patient care

Had a cleaning in Nov., they canceled it day of and r/s for May. So I lost out on an insurance provided/covered cleaning for the calendar. I got a single cancellation text and the appointment didn't work. If you are to cancel on someone it's on you to make it right and stay an extra 30 minutes one day to fit them in. Then the office did the same thing to my spouse, cancelled her appt1 day out and r/s 3 months out. Then the online demographics reset for me, said I was a straight man w/o insurance

I had an appointment in October that I had to move due to work conflict and you couldn’t get me in until May so I only had 1 cleaning last year. My next 6 month appt would be the end of the year and no appointments until January so once again only get 1 cleaning this year
