Every time I have an appointment the billing is not right and I need to return for a refund or to get the billing corrected.

I really felt comfortable there and dentists are not easy for me but they eased up my anxiety. I’d like to point out a DH named Tara I believe. A++++++

Great visit. Tara is kind, gentle, and very thoughtful — I appreciate her communication and pacing. Two years ago, my minor open bite was discussed at my initial new patient visit with Dr. Edan and prior to my first visit at this office, this was evaluated by my orthodontist who said jaw surgery is the only fix, and I shared this with her. She didn't mention Invisalign then, but yesterday she mentioned it at this visit saying that it would fix that, when my orthodontist said it wouldn't.

I scheduled for a routine cleaning. I was told I needed to have xrays done before the cleaning.I arrived to my appointment on time, then had to wait over 20 minutes. The xrays were done within 15 mins. The doctors came in and said there will not be time to do my cleaning due to time. If i am schedule for a 1 hour appointment and I came on time there should be more than enough time to provide both services. I took time off of work and drove almost 30mins out my way to be seen.

I had a good interaction with the clinician and the doctor. Overall everything was great.

The dental hygienist Maddie, who did my teeth was amazing. She’s very caring, gentle, and very good at her job.My problem is… There’s no dentist in the building! Why in the world do I go to the dentist have my teeth cleaned and there’s no double check. Again Maddie is wonderful and she takes care of my teeth and I recommend her to everyone. But the fact that there’s no dentist in the building is amazing to me.

I enjoy coming here and I’ve never had to wait unnecessarily. Front desk and technicians and other staff are professional but extremely personable and effective. The environment is very clean and comfortable. I don’t have access to Google posts but feel free to use my comments. Thank you.

Had to wait an hour after my appointment to actually see the dentist, Won't do that again

It was too long of a wait.

Cleaning appointment not available until April and was hoping to get it sooner. Did add name to call list if earlier appointment opens up.
