They kept cancelling my appointment day of b/c someone called out sick to work and they couldn’t absorb a routine cleaning appointment. This has happened on multiple occasions now

Tara the hygienist explained oral concerns to me clearly . She was very gentle and was able to perform scaling without causing any pain.

Disappointed to be charged a fee for having to reschedule my appointment close to my appointment time. There was a problem at work & I could not make it to the appointment.No one discussed the fee with me during check out. I saw a “previous balance” on my receipt when I got home & assume that’s what it is. I have never missed an appointment or had to reschedule before. Maybe fee repeat offenders? Stuff happens & people get sick and have to miss appointmentsOtherwise everything was great
