Waiting for an hour past my scheduled appointment time for routine cleaning is unacceptable.

I’m just not sure why the dentist did not do an oral evaluation at this visit

- Was scheduled for an appointment time that was unavailable, so I had to reschedule- Was told I could come early because there was a cancellation, but was still kept waiting when I arrived- Waited in the chair for at least 20 minutes while the hygienist finished other patients, then continued to wait while the hygienist and doctor had personal conversations in front of me

It’s an easy easy to make an appointment, cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and detailed explanation of my Dental visit by the doctor and a dentist hygienist

Typically I have a good experience coming here . Recently, my appointment was at 10 AM and there seemed to be some internal miscommunication as I wasn’t called back until closer to 11 AM. The Dental Hygienist was friendly , very helpful and did my cleaning . However the Doctor herself didn’t listen to my concern and talked right over me . Therefore I wasn’t able to tell her what my concern was.Dental Hygienist listened and was able to advise on what I should next.

The wait time was ridiculous, I spent over two hours at this establishment just for the doctor to spend 2 mins with me. The two stars are for the two people who were great. Those two being the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth and the person who stepped in after me waiting forever to take my x-rays.
