As a new patient, I had to wait however, it was worth it; the dental hygienist was excellent!

My online appointment I made was not kept on the system. I had a confirmation email, but when I arrived, there was no appointment for me. the team got me in anyways. For a first time appointment, I got x-rays, saw the doctor, and got a cleaning. The entire visit from appointment time to leaving was two hours. Everyone was very nice but That is a long time.

- Was scheduled for an appointment time that was unavailable, so I had to reschedule- Was told I could come early because there was a cancellation, but was still kept waiting when I arrived- Waited in the chair for at least 20 minutes while the hygienist finished other patients, then continued to wait while the hygienist and doctor had personal conversations in front of me
