The people were very pleasant and help with my dental needs and care. Ordering what i needed and explained it all to me.

Staff is awesome

I walked in and was greeted by the front desk. I then waited a while to be taken back. Once I was back the x ray man was very nice and efficient. When he was finished I waited again for a while. I was expecting to get a cleaning and then speak to the dentist. I did not get my teeth cleaned at all and I waited a long time. The hygienist was kind but with me for maybe twenty seconds. After she spoke with me I waited again for a while. I spent 40 minutes at least in the chair and was barely with the doctor and didn’t get my teeth cleaned. The dentist then came and was very unfriendly. She was barely looking at me and not making sense. She was telling me I would need a bunch of work done and when I asked questions she did not explain. She tried to sell me on expensive toothbrushes, water flossers, and a night guard but again when I asked questions did not thoroughly explain. I felt unheard and dismissed. She even made a few comments about things to cut out of my diet to help my tooth health but didn’t even ask me about them first. The rude statements she made don’t even pertain to me as I don’t eat or drink those things anyway. I had more questions about insurance covering different things she said I’d need done and was once again dismissed and rushed out and told to talk to the front desk about it. When I was checking out the front desk staff was very impatient and had an attitude when answering my questions. She also was not correct on the information she gave me. I felt horrible leaving the office and I will NOT be returning or recommending anyone I know and love to go to this place.

I was very impressed. Greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Treated with kindness and respect by entire staff. Actually looking forward to my next appointment! 😃

I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but after years of neglecting my oral health because of fear your staff have really made me feel comfortable and ready to continue be in better oral health.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the back! We were seen quickly. Everything looked clean and organized. So glad parking is not a problem either.

Very nice and the cleaning did not hurt 😊
