Your office manager is rude and she lied to me.Your billing stinks. Was sent to collections for a bill I never saw. They took 8 months to process crown and build up. When my primary denied it, they couldn’t be bothered to appeal as I requested. And they would process my third ins. which they are a participant. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone because of these issues. Doctor, clinical staff and front end were great.

My filling fell out and I’m upset because my tooth looks worse than before because the dentist shaved it down so it is very uneven. It’s my front tooth and very visible

Reception area staff are super friendly and efficient. Dental hygienist was thorough and effective. Dentist was friendly and quick. I was just here for a cleaning and yearly XRays.Chairs in waiting area are in dire need of a cleaning. All have stains especially on seats of chairs! Gross! I stood while waiting since I didn’t want to sit on unknown stains! Clean them or get replacement chairs that can be wiped clean. A dirty waiting area makes you wonder about cleanliness elsewhere .

The hygienist was absolutely awful. Barely said a word to me the whole time. I had a sore spot and she went over it and never cared once when I was in pain. Never flossed at the end. She was so quick to do my cleaning and I do not even think she did a thorough job. Worst experience of my life at the dentist. The front desk and schedule is fantastic. The hygienist was the worst I’ve ever had and I do not even wish to go back and I’ve been coming here for many many years.

Went to the dentist Thursday for a piece of my tooth getting repaired just to have the piece of tooth start falling off the next day. Friday.

Dental hygienist not very friendly nor did not provide any explanations of what she was doing. It was quick though so that was a positive . Dentist was very nice.

The reception staff is very kind and welcoming.Dr. Gacita did a great job on my two front teeth crowns.I accidentally missed mi scheduled visit time by over 20 minutes, and still Dr. Gacita fitted me in.Office chairs have stains in the seat fabric that needs cleaning or replacing. It doesn't look good gor such a clean and orderly office.
