I DID SCHEDULE A AN APPT FOR ORAL SURGERY but when I arrived for my appt the receptionist could NOT find any appt in the books for me! Due to this error by your office was told they would FIT ME IN!! This meant I had to wait 1.5 hours! TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE BY YOUR OFFICE!

The receptionist is very nice and sweet. The dentist assistant is also nice but the dentist is not approachable and never smiled. But she answered my questions and concerns.

The Receptionist was very pleasant, professional, and courteous. My son fell down and we had to stop at the emergency room enroute. She called about him and offering to rescheduling.We did not have to. I was able to keep my appointment.

Wisdom tooth removed 3/24 in the AM. Surgeon followed up yesterday PM. Told him I was dealing with the pain using meds from previous surgery due to pain. He said he would order antibiotics That did not happenWound site still oozing blood and face is swollen. Left message
