Patient care was very courteous and helpful

I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. She was kind and knowledgeable. The hygienist was also kind and quick to get me settled in for my consultation.

I didn't have a wow experience. I was there 30 minutes before my appointment and ended up seeing the doctor 1 hr after my scheduled time, which was very disappointing. The doctor also took less than 15 minutes with me. I had the impression that the patient who arrived 5 minutes after me was allowed to see the doctor before me, which caused my delay.

I DID SCHEDULE A AN APPT FOR ORAL SURGERY but when I arrived for my appt the receptionist could NOT find any appt in the books for me! Due to this error by your office was told they would FIT ME IN!! This meant I had to wait 1.5 hours! TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE BY YOUR OFFICE!

It went well. However my antibiotic was not called into Walgreens so I have to call the office and see where it is located. Doctor’s possession or office has it?
