A young lady called me to the back I entered the exam room she just started putting things together never introduced herself I had to ask her, her name. Then a gentlemen walked in and just started talking, I had to ask him his name. My first visit there I don't know these people and NO one introduced themselves to me. That lacks professionalism.

When ask for the out of pocket cost receptionist advised there is no way to quote the exact cost and advised i would still be billed, while forcing a consent form to charge interest rates for bills not paid. After advising the receptionist im not ok with being billed I wanted the exact cost an willing to wait to schedule appointment to obtain cost the receptionist declined service....and whn requested for copy of xrays i was given the run around and was advised they are too busy to send.

I was to have a follow-up procedure that no one reached out to schedule. Once I followed up and scheduled I was told the procedure would be completed on the day - I arrived, having cleared my morning and moving many commitments to learn it was only a checkup and I would need to return in two weeksNot happy
