The office crew and technician and doctor were helpful and reassuring

Having dental surgery is never a welcomed experience, but the entire experience was made easier by the reception and scheduling staff. I especially want to commend Kathy for her excellent people skills and pleasant demeanor. Her kindness and attention to detail - particularly remembering my name and situation when I called a week and a half after our first conversation- played a big part in my decision to choose this center. Dr Kogan was also very professional and reassuring. Despite being a very busy day, he took time to explain the procedure thoroughly and put me at ease. I truly appreciated the care and consideration I received during my first visit.

My appointment was for 10 but it took 20 minutes longer to be called in but the staff were very friendly!

A young lady called me to the back I entered the exam room she just started putting things together never introduced herself I had to ask her, her name. Then a gentlemen walked in and just started talking, I had to ask him his name. My first visit there I don't know these people and NO one introduced themselves to me. That lacks professionalism.

When ask for the out of pocket cost receptionist advised there is no way to quote the exact cost and advised i would still be billed, while forcing a consent form to charge interest rates for bills not paid. After advising the receptionist im not ok with being billed I wanted the exact cost an willing to wait to schedule appointment to obtain cost the receptionist declined service....and whn requested for copy of xrays i was given the run around and was advised they are too busy to send.
