Nitrous oxide DID NOT relax me. I felt agitated and spacey. I DID NOT feel safe driving home. The surgeon accused me of being responsible for my broken tooth. I should have been given follow-up instructions BEFORE the procedure. I was not able to think clearly, and the instructions was very quick.

I truly appreciated how comfortable my doctor and his assistant made me feel. I loved how they explained everything that was happening, every step of the procedure. They made me feel assured of a good and pleasant outcome.

I was advised that my payment for my xray was denied. When I called my insurance company, they advised that the specialty Dental center did not submit my referral. When I called to follow up on it the office Manger advised that they are submitting it again. There was no apology, and when I asked for her to follow up on it, her response appeared as if she did not care. I had to pay for x-rays, and I now have to wait per my insurance upto 30 days to be reimbursed. I don't trust this office.
