Good and fast attention

All the dental staff was very kind, profesional and patient. I was very impressed with my first visit and extremely happy about the entire experience.

Dr. Pena was amazing. She took time to explain the situation with my teeth with knowledge, accuracy and desire to help.

Service and attention was great. Doctor, dental assistant and the hygienist professional dedicated, but I honestly consider price of service for a deep cleaning and xrays kind of outrageous and overpriced, despite my insurance and after speaking with colleagues and friends on the amount i was charged. Im not sure if were because they were not in my insurance network. But whatever the reason, 3k total and after $900 out of pocket is absurd. It took me by surprise but i was sitting there and felt ashamed to leave.

Had to wait nearly 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to get started. I love my dental hygienist so I will come back but if this happens again, I will likely change dentists as this has happened multiple times over the years.

I was in the middle of my annual dental cleaning when the billing person interrupted the hygienist to inform me that I required a “deeper cleaning than normal” and my copay would be ~$230. I was not given a choice as I was NOT told this BEFORE my cleaning started. Afterwards, the biller said she was “busy with other patients” and then “couldn’t find me because we moved to a different treatment room”. I’m considering changing dentists. And I did not see Dr Pena as planned.
