The first time I got to see the Dr. only I wasn't having the tissue issue and had waited 2 months to see him. I told him I have a geographic tongue but have had marks on the underside of my tounge on one side for almost a year. He looked at my tongue and told me I have fissures but not geographic tongue. I said I have had this my whole life and yes I have both. He was kind and said when it comes back call and we will see you. It came back the next day so I saw him on Wednesday when he was in. The second time he saw it and said its geographic tongue. I said ok yes thwn reiterated that I've had geographic tongue my whole life and the underside on one side is new. I said I wanted to make sure it was not cancer. He LAUGHED and spoke to the two people in the room " can you imagine if she had cancer her whole life". Then proceeded to show me online images of geographic tongue- that he'd said in the 1st appointment I dont have. After that I stopped talking and the very kind assistant had to remind him it was for the new spots/areas. The Dr. did not seem to care. He said he'd write me a script and see me in 3 months but to return with worse symptoms. OK. Then a woman came from the frnt(not the secretary) and asked me if they had my pharmacy on file. I said I dont know. She seemed annoyed and had to look it up then said they'd send the script. Over a week and no script. Lots of questions still though

Excellent service by both the Specialist and the staff!

Both the Dentist and the assistant were knowledgeable and walked me through the procedure very thoroughly. The front desk staff., Paris(I believe was his name) walk me through the billing procedure and again was very helpful throughout the process.

As pleasant as going to the dentist can be.

My daughter was having a dental emergency and they got her in quickly.

I wish I knew their names but the dental assistant was fantastic. Explained things and took the time to answer my questions. Helped me figure out the best way to pay for the services and went over the plan. The woman at the front desk taking the payment was also very nice and kind and helped me do my very first debit payment so I could avoid credit card fees. I did find that Dr. Broderick was very nice and also explained things well. She is very professional and made me feel like I was in good hands even though the news wasn’t the best.

Good experience However my 3:00 pm appointment was delayed and I was not seen until 4:00 for brief consultation and x-ray

I am a new patient and I was treated with the utmost care. Dr. Galsterer and Jackie were both welcoming and truly cared for my best. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. The office has a very welcoming environment.
