AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! Miss A. Downey and assistant (so sorry, forgot name). Felt NOTHING during the procedure. Not even pressure. Of course had to get through the needles, but after that smooth sailing!!COOL BEANS!!!

My mind keeps flipping from “comfortably friendly” to “a well-oiled machine” to “technically efficient” and back again. First walking in, the staff were so calming, much needed when you think you know what’s ahead. When scooped up by the technical staff and moved through x-ray to data collection, even to insurance, each knew their job. I never felt rushed from room to room, nor was I just left in a room at length. My oral surgeon, Dr Colella, was perfect: sensitive and responsive to me, well-equipped for the task at hand, and thoroughly prepared me for my next few days. For a girl to have grown up hating anything dental, I can’t rate the Dental Specialty Center of Virginia Beach highly enough. From start to finish, you are in good hands.

Dr Colella went out of his way to treat me yesterday . When my appt was set no one told me that the actual procedure would be done at a later date which was a complete surprise to me , I should have been told that when appt was set up , cracked tooth removal. After discussing with staff I was able to have tooth removed . Greatly appreciate that .

The front desk staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. The office is clean and well organized. The nurses and doctor were personable and answered questions and concerns very professionally. A thoroughly excellent experience.
