The receptionists didn't let the dentist know I was there, which meant I had to wait for an extra hour, and then the nurse and dentist laughed about this. I am in pain, and nobody asked about me how I was doing with the problem I had come in for. It was also obvious the nurse and dentist had not even glanced at the forms I filled out about my medications and medical history. Maybe the office doesn't give them enough time to prepare for their patients. Why did I fill out such extensive forms that nobody takes the time to read? All in all this was a bad experience. I didn’t need to be there at all - it could've all been accomplished on the phone.

My left front tooth is chipped in the back now after the tapping test yesterday.
