The welcoming atmosphere was calming and delightful. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant and caring. On a scale of 0-10 I'd rate my visit as 10 ++++!!

They gave me straight forward answers and price for my tooth extraction. I am super nervous about the tooth being pulled but its only one so I should be just fine.

Staff was friendly and explained all the dental service that I need, in a clear information.

The receptionists didn't let the dentist know I was there, which meant I had to wait for an extra hour, and then the nurse and dentist laughed about this. I am in pain, and nobody asked about me how I was doing with the problem I had come in for. It was also obvious the nurse and dentist had not even glanced at the forms I filled out about my medications and medical history. Maybe the office doesn't give them enough time to prepare for their patients. Why did I fill out such extensive forms that nobody takes the time to read? All in all this was a bad experience. I didn’t need to be there at all - it could've all been accomplished on the phone.

My scheduled appointment was for 10am, I didn’t get called until almost 20 mins after scheduled time due to technical difficulties with your imaging machine. Communication would have been helpful.

This visit was a checkup. X-ray showed problem. Short visit, but handled efficiently.
