I visited the centre in 2022 for an initial Invisalign consultation, which was advertised as free. However, the day before my appointment, I received a message stating that the visit would no longer be free. Despite this, I decided to go based on the good reviews. During my visit, I had an assessment and a scan, which ended up costing me £100. They then booked me in for a hygiene appointment, even though I had one just a few months prior and have always maintained good oral hygiene, another £100. After that, I was told my old fillings needed redoing, along with a few other treatments, bringing the total to around £1,000. At one point, they wanted to send me for an extra scan, but another dentist in the practice came in and said it wasn’t necessary. To top it off, they scheduled yet another hygiene appointment less than a month after the previous one. Overall, I felt like the focus was more on finding things to charge for rather than listening to my concerns. It started feeling more like a business than a patient-centered practice. In the end, I decided to go elsewhere and found a dentist in Biggin Hill who met my expectations. I had my initial Invisalign consultation for free (as advertised) and completed my treatment in just six months, without any unexpected additional costs. I can see that this clinic has good reviews and might work for others, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t a positive one.

Professional, friendly and effective service.

Always nervous on my visit but the dentist soon put me at easy, talking me through everything she was doing regarding a large filling. Very gentle, I didn’t feel any discomfort during and after completion.

I had very good service from Dr. Yvonne and I am sorry that the doctors side will be finishing especially as it is so hard to get an appointment with the NHS. Are you allowed to say where she will be working next?

needed to see a doctor re swollen ankle. Dr y yuhasz was excellent sending me to a and e immediatly for dvt check. I cant thank the dr enough for quick diagnosis. I recommend this practice for their excellent service.

The treatment was clearly explained and professionally carried out. The dentist and dental assistants were welcoming and friendly.
