I needed to wait over a year for a cleaning appointment, you really should hire more people to do cleanings.

Our appointments are several months out and then canceled by your office at the last minute.

I was having a painful emergency and you saw me immediately and then miraculously was able to have a surgeon see me very soon and take care of the issue. Everything about this process was just fantastic. I so appreciate it.

The help at the front desk was exceptional I never experienced a patient respect and worried about me getting the services that I needed despite the money aspect

1. Abby was a big help to assist me the whole time for the new patient visit. She explained the whole process very well in details and help me navigate with Dr. Oh for consultation and with Jill for future appointments. She is the highlight for this visit : -)2. Meeting with Dr. Koh was kind in a rush. I didn’t get a chance to fully lay out my concerns regarding how to remove the stain around the fillings. I hope this can be improved for future office visits.3. Meeting with Dr. Oh was a very pleasant experience. He truly showed his passion & knowledge to his work and his care to his patient. I look forward to future office visits with him.4. I was trying to schedule an appointment for a tooth cleaning. Right now the time I was given is scheduled for 4/19/2027, which is seven months away. I was surprised even Abby kindly mentioned that ahead of time. Well, Jill did mention that this date can be improved due to cancellations.

The staff was friendly and professional. I had a 245 appointment and was seen almost immediately. Very prompt and seems to run very smoothly.

It was great! Finally found a great dentist office.
