Very professional but down to earth staff! All my questions were answered. Just a little nervous about up coming work that has to be done! 😬, but happy with visit and glad getting taken care of.

My whole experience was amazing. Front desk intake people friendly and helpful.X-ray tech was friendly, gentle, patient and professional.Dr Stein was professional, thorough, friendly, informative and encouraging but not pushy. Truly he is the best dentist I have met since my dentist retired several years ago. His demeanor was perfect for one who fears the whole dental experience. So happy to be a patient there. My son is also a patient with your group.

Unfortunately I had to make a appointment two weeks out because nobody told me to forward my exray s other than that great staff

Your customer service was great,courteous and friendly. The nurse who see me was great. The doctor was very understanding.

My cleaning appointment had been canceled months ago because an employee is in the National Guard (Christina) and had drill. This actually the second time I have had canceled appointments because of her specifically. Anyways I was forced to wait months more just to get a new appointment. And now that I needed important dental care which I tried to schedule last week; I couldn’t even schedule a day and was told to call back. Im at a loss.

I received my cleaning in may of 2026 and they told me they wouldn't be able to receive my next cleaning until august of 2027 - that is not adequate dental care.

Far too much time between appointments

I was able to get an appointment (which I thought was a cleaning) but then didn’t receive a cleaning, and the wait time was more than a year
