This appointment was fine but very disappointed at check out when I was told I could not get my next check up/ cleaning appointment for one year! It actually turned out being 14 months. This is unacceptable and may force me to seek another dentist.

I did not feel well cared for. saw Dr Chung for literally maybe 45 seconds during my permanent placement. I had another area of concern that I wanted addressed. dentist didn’t even bother to look at that concern. Told me to come back for a filling,next available appt for that is not UNTIL APRIL. so now I have a cracked tooth for 2 months with no help. Also I would like to note my appt time was originally scheduled for 3pm, I was asked 2 days before my appt to come at 2:30.
