My daughter waited for an hour for an appointment that was rescheduled due to office error. When she finally asked why the wait was so long they said that Lori was in surgery and they’d need to reschedule again. Why would they make someone wait there for an hour? We have been coming to this office since my kids were toddlers. Every time I come in, the reception staff makes me feel like I am a new patient and wait times are often excessive.

My experience was very y professional and informative. The Dr. was very thorough and knowledgeable and reassuring in getting me through the procedure. The office personnel was also very supportive, and pleasant. I will definitely return to the office for future dental needs.

Everyone is pleasant, I was taken in a timely manner and was happy to get an appointment the same day and my next appointment so quickly.

It is really frustrating not to be able to schedule cleaning appointments at regular intervals.

I scheduled my next cleaning a year ago for January 2027, which was the earliest date available. When I tried to schedule my next 6 month appointment, the earliest available is October 2027. This is UNACCEPTABLE. My insurance covers 3 cleanings a year and I can't even get 2!.
