Staff was gracious and respectful wait time was good received top care

I was charged $25 and told it was for my deductible. I told them I have no patience responsibility for a cleaning. They told me the insurance companies are starting to charge deductibles and copays now for cleanings so I paid it. I called my insurance when I got home. They said the deductible does NOT apply to cleanings and there is no patient responsibility for cleanings. I called the office this morning and asked for the office manager to have the charge reversed back to my FSA. Not resolved.

Needed more info regarding implant. Still waiting for them to call to make appointment

For me, it's not common for them to only take X-rays on the first visit and then give me an appointment a year later to clean my teeth.!!!
