I attended the Devonshire House for a Sinus Lift with Dr Wail Girgis and my Implant specialist Dr Gemini Parmer. This was my first visit to the Practice and I found Dr Girgis to very pleasant and welcoming which instantly put me at ease as I was quite nervous about having a procedure in an unknown setting. Dr Girgis and Gemini were very professional, polite, gave me clear directions and ensured that I was comfortable with what was happening throughout the whole procedure. I can't thank them enough.

Needed an emergency repair to my denture. After a very helpful telephone call with a receptionist I was given an appointment for the same day. A consultation with a dentist made sure the fit was excellent. Once again exemplary service

I was very impressed with my first visit. Being a nervy patient I felt pleasantly relaxed and reassured throughout the check up and I was grateful for the advice given on the use of my retainers and knowing that the facility was available for maintenance of them if required was a relief. Valuable advice given for gum health.

After having issues with several NHS dentists in the past, I thought I’d found the ideal private dentist but after a couple of years I began to feel rather disappointed. I felt a constant negativity that made me dread attending my appointments. My good friend said to me ‘If you’re not happy then just leave as you’re not obliged to stay with them’, so I left, & registered with Devonshire House. I’ve only had one appointment for my assessment but to be honest I wish I’d registered years ago. There’s an atmosphere of professionalism, kindness & respect for their clients & I have a feeling that I may actually look forward to my appointments rather than dread them x
