I have had neighbors kids knocking on my windows. Also I went to talk with parents above me and their kids above were rowdy and the lightbulb casing fell from my ceiling to the (idk if they we’re jumloing) floor.

This was the best maintenance experience I’ve had living here. Keep the new maintenance workers. Request was responded to in less than 24 hrs. Work order was done to completion. Prompt and thorough, pleasant and professional disposition.

Yes, I got my results back from the onsite background and credit check, to my surprise, I had been honest and revealed some info that I didn’t necessarily need to cause when I got results back, the info I had spoke of wasn’t even on there! But I am being held accountable for being honest! Kinda irritating, next the internet situation is like a dang monopoly! I had Xfinity for the last 7 years and for some reason this place doesn’t allow them to service this area! That was completely ridiculous!!! I’ve been told it’s due to the owners not allowing it! A lot of us are on section 8 housing and we would get our internet through Comcast/ Xfinity with internet essentials which was affordable at $9.95 a month and the speed was the same as any other plan as we qualified! However I am grateful to have a place and for you guys to match my voucher amount to be able to allow my daughter and myself to move in here. I also need to come see Jonathan about setting up my account with Jetty deposit! I’m a bit tech- tarded & struggle with online stuff, also I do believe I need a copy of my lease for my records. Staff has been very kind and inviting!!
