Great experience, until I paid the application fee, and received a text showing the necessary income and realized I clearly would not qualify. A little more information and guidance would have been prevented me from applying, at least as a guarantor. I would have qualified as a co-signer.

Having too many maintenance issues

Diamond Park Apartments has a friendly and courteous office staff and maintenance personnel’s. This place is very clean and well maintained. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Very on top of everything

I love everything about this apartment community But if your in college online or working from home DO NOT GET A DOWN STAIRS UNIT with children other than that I love it

Unfortunately a lot of the repairs here get left unattended due to the lack of "budget" or mismanagement of the "budget" allowed for the apartment complex. The maintenance Manager, Peter, and his team are great! He is very knowledgeable and actually cares about the work he does here, however based on my personal experience there a lot of things the maintenance team are unable to accomplish due to the "policies" or the available "budget". Take my sliding glass door for example. We created a maintenance request due to the sliding glass door being loud, bumpy and destructive as it grinds open and closed. (This not only impacts us, as it is extremely loud to our below neighbors). This issue is due to either build up in the wheels or broken wheels, which require replacement or cleaning. Unfortunately, The slider has no space on top to be lifted within the track so the wheels cannot be replaced or cleaned. This requires a construction team to come and remove the framing so they can take the slider off the track and fix it properly, HOWEVER, the budget is NOT there for these types of repairs. Second, there is ONLY 1 guy available for this type of work and he covers all the apartments owned by GHP, so GOOD LUCK with that. This failure to properly fix reported issues is a violation of our Renters rights. This issue has forced me to take matters into my own hands as the issue was NOT Resolved and my neighbors have complained several times of the loud grinding vibrations caused when we open our Sliding Glass Door. I spent hours on my hands and knees, manually cleaning the track with several different cleaning products. I have also lubricated the track to provide a temporary fix however this issue still needs to be addressed immediately as there is build up of debris in the wheels and this temporary fix does NOT last long. Hopefully this feedback ACTUALLY brings a resolution to this issue.

Very fast service and friendly crew.

Diamond Park is a great apartment complex. The office and maintenance is always respectful and attentive. They listen to your concerns and always finds a resolution. The only down fall is the parking. There are so many reserved/ guests parking that it limits parking for homeowners. the street parking in front of Building 4 is a nightmare. I love living here . Thank you Diamond Park for your on going love and support of having a beautiful community. Keep up the great work.
