I would recommend this apartment community to my friends and family members because when ever I need something to be fixed it's always done very quickly and efficiently and the people here are always very kind and courteous.

Office personnel Nora was very friendly and helpful in putting in my work order ticket. She is very sweet and she is outgoing and cheerful. The maintenance gentleman that completed the order was very respectful and polite and he cleaned any and all mess’ that was left behind. Thank you Diamond Park for your continuous exceptional service that you provide to your residents.

I said that I would recommend this apartment community because the people here are very nice and the community is always neat and clean.

The response is amazing, so much so that I wasn’t prepared when the technician arrived within an hour of me placing the work order request. Additionally; the new Community Manager is very sweet and accommodating to my need for my care taker to make frequent visits to the property and park on site.

I have lived here 11 years and the maintenance staff has always been very professional and great customer service. Everything is normally done in a timely matter. Peter and his staff are the best.
