Genuinely speaking, it was nothing compared to the two prior births I had at the hospital. I feel like some of the nurses cared and some did not. At such a vulnerable time, we should be respected. Nurses were LOUD at 5 in the morning talking between conversations within themselves. Also, the head lady of an evening or all in general of the cafeteria is terrible. She even gives the hospital works heck. Delivery nurses that were phenomenal: Jen, Hollie and Comfort. As for Diana Health office in general, they were good.

I wanted to see a doctor- they sent me a practice nurse.. which is she will tell the doctor about my situation and they will decide what is next for me,, she asked me to visit next week which is i am not going- they could said that to me on phone instead of asking me to come not even a small check up

Some really great midwives that understand informed consent while respecting boundaries. Front office can be a little disorganized. Waited an hour past my appointment time because front desk made mistake on scheduling.

Nicole was cold and abrasive on our call. I know she doesn’t know me, but my pregnancies/births have been pretty traumatic, and the way she handled telling me the risks of a vba2c and how unlikely it is that I’d even be able to try made me feel scolded for even suggesting it. She lacked any consideration for how I may be feeling about all of this, and it mostly felt like she was trying to scare me into just having another c-section. As I asked questions about the care I would receive it also seemed from her answers that I would have little to no say in my care, and the lead OB would be the one calling the shots; which I do not like the idea of. I came to Diana to be able to see midwives in a hospital setting because I’ve had high risk pregnancies, but would still like to try a vba2c. She made it sound like I would only get to see the midwives if the lead OB decided I could try for a vba2c, another thing I don’t like the sound of. Overall it was a really bad experience, and, candidly, I cried a lot of tears after our call because I felt treated so poorly. I will not be continuing care with Diana, I’ve already called to let them know.

I don’t feel like I was listened to. Had ultrasound done at the office. Imaging was never sent off for a radiologist to read. The doctor based everything off of what the sonographer thinks. Was told to just go to another doctor
