Both Jennifer and the nurse (I can’t recall her name) were so nice and made me feel so comfortable and didn’t rush me when I had questions. They were both kind and patient with my girls who tagged along with me. Jae was very helpful and kind when helping me set all of my future appointments. The lobby is always clean and it’s incredibly helpful to have toys and snacks available to treat my kiddos with to help make bringing them with me, easier for everyone!

Camille is the best and super personable and most of the other staff are very nice but the system that is set up doesn’t flow together. I just never feel like I’m cared for correctly. Except for Camille she’s amazing.

Staff is friendly and they had me in and out within 30 minutes.

From my very last visit, l liked the fact that the midwife went through the previous lab and anatomy results without me asking. Patients are lay people and we may not be able to interpret medical terms, all we do is assume from readings

The provider was late to the visit and then rushed through the entire thing. I also expressed some issues I had been experiencing and she responded by saying “you probably just don’t like your partner” and then laughing. It was very uncomfortable in what was supposed to be a vulnerable and open space.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 am with a midwife I hadn’t seen before, I wasn’t seen until 11:30 am. That was over 3 hours just for a quick check in appt. Also I’d like to mention I’ve had a great pregnancy journey so far which I let the midwife know immediately and it seemed like the whole appointment she was giving me negative information that should make me worry or fearful. I’m sure she was just trying to be informative but I walked in to that office feeling great and left feeling anxious and worried for no reason. I would like to opt out of seeing that midwife again please. Thank you.

Great service, provider responded to my questions and requests carefully and responded to them well. All the staff from other departments (reception, nurses, lab) also are helpful and friendly!

Dr.Rubeo was nice, but I felt like he was scattered and not prepared. He never made eye contact and when he asked me if I had questions or concerns, it felt rushed and insincere. I liked my experience with everyone else way better than with him.

Would still like a call back since I never spoke with a billing rep

I did not have a great experience with Dr. Rubeo. He didn’t really listen to my concerns and seemed like he had already made up his mind about how he wanted to proceed. Once I was able to reiterate what my concerns were he finally asked why I was opposed to the direction he wanted to take. I felt unheard, unsupported, and like my care wasn’t individualized. I felt like I was trying to be sold on a plan that I did not want. I did not feel empowered.
