I was told when I checked in that the doctor was running about 30 minutes behind. I wasn’t called back until over 50 minutes after my appointment time. This delay resulted in my having to notify work that I would be late returning and also have to make up more missed time from work.

The building has no interior signs on main floor where Spine Center is??Not to mention nothing about Diana health outside or at door???Not at elevator or anywhere.My appointment was switched to a Dr. I did not make appointment with & she was brought in from another state. This all seems unorganized & not a good way to practice gynecology.

Front desk receptionist were very kind and helpful, but as soon as I was brought to the back to get seen my nurse was “in a mood and couldn’t smile” as she stated herself to another nurse due to the “front desk not listening.” Which is very unprofessional to talk about the clinic in front of clients. Her mood then switched to nice and welcoming, understand people have rough days so I didn’t think much of it. Same nurse then asks if I have anyone with me I would like to bring in to the room. I asked if my fiancé who was in the waiting room could be brought back to my room. She asked for his name then says she would be right back with him. She never came back with my fiancé and my fiancé was never told anything. Ended up listening to the baby’s heart beat for the first time without fiancé which he is very upset that he didn’t get to experience that for the first time with me.

Nurse Brianna is a gem and deserves the highest of praises. I was in and receiving devastating news and Brianna made me feel loved, comforted, and heard. She is an amazing person and I’m beyond thankful she was there for me when during this time.

My provider was nearly 30 minutes late to my appointment. Cut my appointment short. I was never able to get a follow up appointment to review my labs. I went back and forth in the chat for 10 days and still could not find a date that matched both of our schedules for an appointment that was supposed to happen 3-4 weeks after my labs. I moved on with another provider.

When I walked in there was a line wrapping around the waiting room of people for the front desk. When I went to leave it was the same thing. I waited 20 min before I left and sent a message telling them to check me out.
