The nurse practitioner did not really listen to my concerns, repeated questions I already answered and gave me questionable if not dangerous remedies for my health concerns.

I felt as though I was not being listened to. I was put in three different waiting rooms before I saw the doctor and the nurse did not ask me a single question the entire time. It then made the doctor unprepared when she entered the room. The nurse also said in front of me and two other patients that she could barely see the line on my pregnancy test and needed another set of eyes to tell if it was even positive. When the doctor was finally able to see me, she barely addressed the concerns that I might have had a possible miscarriage. She just asked if I even wanted to be pregnant before ordering more tests. She did not act like she cared to address my concern of me having a possible miscarriage. I felt as though I was being rushed out of the room so that they could move onto the next patient.

The NP that specifically worked with me didn’t provide adequate answers or comfort to the questions my husband and I had about a potential miscarriage. At the end of our time, she told us congratulations, which if you read the room, my husband and I were not in a celebratory mood.

I absolutely love Becca the midwife. She’s so personable, listens and is so kind and caring. All of unsafe makes me feel at home. Nurse Nicole, the ladies up front, the labcor tech. I will miss seeing all of them once baby arrives.

It was very busy. It gave off community clinic vibes. The website seems completely different from the actual clinic, it portrays a calm , mature, modern environment, that wasn’t really the case in reality. Somewhat misleading website imo. A few red flags: $100 no show fee(I didn’t really think twice about this initially but after the appointment I understood why they charge this and it’s not a good thing) , staff seems a little too casual,The phlebotomist seems overworked, busy clinic environment full of patients. I need something calmer , more slow paced and put together.

Genuinely speaking, it was nothing compared to the two prior births I had at the hospital. I feel like some of the nurses cared and some did not. At such a vulnerable time, we should be respected. Nurses were LOUD at 5 in the morning talking between conversations within themselves. Also, the head lady of an evening or all in general of the cafeteria is terrible. She even gives the hospital works heck.Delivery nurses that were phenomenal: Jen, Hollie and Comfort. As for Diana Health office in general, they were good.
