The staff and the office manager were kind and we had a pleasant experience with them. Dr Rubeo was the issue. He was anything but compassionate as I was experiencing a miscarriage. He was rude, belittling and arrogant. He treated us as if we idiots and even went so far to imply that we might be trying to abort our baby so he needed secondary proof the pregnancy was nonviable. He mentioned he didn’t want to lose his medical license. When asked if we would see him the same day after a repeat sonogram, he said he would unless he died in the meantime. Quite an unbelievable thing to say to someone who is in the middle of experiencing loss of their unborn baby. We finally were able to gain management of the miscarriage through medication and he asked if I wanted to “take it in the mouth or shove it up the vagina”. What kind of professional doctor uses that verbiage? Absolutely disgusting behavior from Dr. Rubeo.

I think I spoke to an automated person - they couldn’t help me. It was frustrating.

The AI scheduling system (acting like a live person with noise in the background) is useless. All three times I’ve used it I have either been hung up on or had to reschedule due to an error on the system’s part. Please just go back to using real people.

The doctor was knowledgeable, experienced, very easy to talk to you. Explained my options very well. It was a pleasure talking to her.

Wonderful visit! I felt heard, not rushed and all my questions were answered!

I went first for a 10am appointment I was not seen as I waited an hour and 15 mins and had to leave to go to work. I couldn’t tell reception as the line was too big. I had to call and cancel. I rescheduled for a first thing appointment next week which they did not provide and I wait another 35 minutes to see someone on top of the 15 minutes they ask you to be there early. The waiting room was packed both times with lots of people and children. It was very busy. Staff couldn’t tell me why they were running an hour behind. Even when I was half an hour late they didn’t know why. Organization maybe a problem with the amount of people the center in takes. I would never not go for a first thing appointment or I feel like I’d never get seen. Provider apologized profusely once I was in her service but had no idea I had been rescheduled and waited so long before.

If we are late for 5min they told we assist you bit late but after waiting for one and half an hour they called in and after that we waited for doctor one hour ad no one came to address. If we ask when doctor will come they won’t even give any approximate time and telling that time they are telling to reschedule the appointment or else the doctor might come after 1 hour or 2hours. This thing they can inform us once we came to reception so that my time won’t be wasted. Very much disappointed.

Nearly all the staff was great! The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal as well as the person who did the ultrasound. However, I do have some major concerns and frustrations when it comes to the provider, Dr Rubeo. I originally asked for a female provider and was scheduled with one. When I went to confirm my appointment the day before, I noticed that changed and I was with a male. I called the clinic to ask about the first visit and make sure it was noninvasive. I explained that I only wanted a female provider and requested that due to prior sexual assault. I was reassured there would be nothing invasive during the first visit. So, I agreed as a female was not available. When I arrived to the clinic, I again made sure there was nothing invasive and was reassured that it was all just questions and answers. That is not what happened. Dr rubeo was adamant that I needed a pelvic exam and Pap smear. He even said it was required by law. I asked if a female would do it and he gave me attitude and said I should’ve asked for a female provider. I did. Multiple times. So, I declined the exams. In addition to that, his bed side manner was poor and couldn’t seem to give a crap about me, my husband, and our baby. He seemed to have already made conclusions about me based on my weight without actually getting a clear picture of my overall health.Everyone else was great and I’ll be coming back, but I refuse to be seen by him again.
