I don’t feel like I was listened to. Had ultrasound done at the office. Imaging was never sent off for a radiologist to read. The doctor based everything off of what the sonographer thinks. Was told to just go to another doctor

The front desk person couldn’t find my insurance information that has not changed for 10 years and the entire time I have been coming to this practice. Then I was told twice I needed to call my insurance company because I had 2 accounts.I had 2 appointments and for both I was kept waiting more than 30 minutes and was late for work.

I’ve noticed the waiting time is longer every time I come for a visit. I didn’t feel well prepared for glucose test as I felt really sick immediately after and no rooms were available to try and be comfortable.

I had an appointment at 9:00am and arrived at 8:40am (20 mins early) for my appointment. The check in process took almost 20 mins and then I waited in the Lobby for another hour to be seen. Once I got to a room I waited longer. I also needed labs which took another 30 mins of waiting. My appointment took 2 1/2 hours in total, which in my opinion is way too long for a well woman check up. Other than a long wait time, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and the office was clean with a very pleasant environment.

I can say since our first visit a few months ago, our experience has gotten better each time! It was a little bit of a rocky start but I feel that it is getting better each time!
